Dosage
Nutrition experts recommend around 300 ml of milk and milk products divided into 3 portions every day for small children. As part of a balanced diet, Aptamil Children’s Milk 2+ can be given for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our children’s milk tastes warm or cold. The enclosed measuring spoon holds 4.6 g of Aptamil children’s milk 2+ .

Preparation
Step 1 : Wash hands and sterilize all utensils.
Step 2: Boil fresh water and allow to cool down to 40 C. Measure the required amount of water (refer to the feeding guide) into a sterilied bottle.
Step 3: Using the scoop provided, level off the powder with the built in leveler. Do not press/heap the powder. Step 4: Add the correct measure of powder to the water. Check the feeding guide on the pack. Adding too few or too many scoops may be harmful. Shake immediately, vigorously and vertically for 10 seconds until the powder is dissolved. Rolling the bottle or shaking in circles will not be sufficient.
Step 5: Cool under running tap. Check temperature of feed. Feed immediately and always within 1 hour.
