How long will my order take to get here?
All orders will be processed and sent from our location for a maximum of 2 business days.

Will I get a shipping notification?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Transportation costs depend on your location, and the weight of the products ordered. It is automatically calculated once you select a shipping option and before you complete the order.
How can I cancel & change my order?
All orders once placed are finalized and products you are still able to edit, and add products. Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be canceled once they have been sent.
Life Care Nannys is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, harm by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information shipments. If you are concerned if last scanned your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 15 days from the date.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s shipping information. Any requests for address, or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed. Undeliverable addresses include incorrect/insufficient address, numbers, refused, or return to sender.
How will I receive my order?
We through its carrier shall deliver the required goods at the address specified by the Client at the nearest point accessible to the address from the vehicle, and it doesn’t take responsibility to shift or assembling the products.
How can I track my order?
